These are the rules for using klooboo. Using it means you accept them.

You need to be 13 or over

klooboo is not for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use it.

What you make is yours

The characters, worlds and pictures you create with klooboo belong to you. By making them here you give us permission to store them and to show them inside klooboo, which is simply what has to happen for them to appear on your screen and on your friends' screens.

If you publish a world, that permission continues after you delete your account, because other people are playing it. You can ask us to take a published world down at any time.

Things we made, including the games, the artwork we supply and klooboo itself, stay ours.

Don't make it horrible

Do not use klooboo to make or share anything hateful, sexual, violent, frightening to younger players, or illegal. Do not pretend to be someone else. Do not try to break the service, get around its limits, or pull data out of it automatically.

We filter what people type, and anyone can report a published world. We can hide anything that breaks these rules and close accounts that keep doing it.

Credits

Credits pay for the expensive parts, like generating a character. They are not money. They have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they are not refundable. If something we charged for genuinely fails, the credits go back to you.

klooboo is provided as it is

This is a small, fast-moving product built by one person. Games change, features appear and disappear, and it may be unavailable sometimes. We do not promise it will be perfect or always running, and we are not liable for anything lost through using it. Keep anything you truly care about somewhere else too.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you want, from inside the app. We can close an account that breaks these rules.

Changes

These terms change as klooboo changes. The date at the top tells you when they last did.
